Tiger-Rock Strength & ConditioningLooking for a better way to get fit? The Tiger-Rock Strength & Conditioning class for adults adds a martial arts approach to high intensity group fitness training. Each class has a diverse selection of exercises including plyometrics, bag work, and strength training. The principles of our training program allow participants of various fitness levels to experience a challenging workout. As an individual progresses so does their ability to shape the complexity and intensity of the class. 
The Tiger-Rock Clinic SeriesLooking to broaden your martial skills and experiences? The TIGER-ROCK CLINIC SERIES was developed to create additional opportunities without becoming a burden on time or convenience. The clinic series includes focused training in areas like: Grappling, Hanmudo, Sparring, Personal Protection, and Traditional Weapons. These programs teach students techniques in specific disciplines of martial arts while building on the foundational knowledge and skills learned through our core programs. |

"Johnson's Taekwondo Academy is not only a 5-star Taekwondo facility, but also a 5-star Leadership academy. Through the leadership skills I acquired through Taekwondo, I established an SAT Math Program to raise money for St. Baldrick's foundation. Encompassing all the necessary topics for the SAT and a few tricks I used in my 7th grade SAT, the SAT course is a great way to not only improve math skills, but also help St. Baldrick's Foundation.?"
